At Word of Life Church Japan, we believe children are a gift from God. Baby & Child Dedication Ceremony is a meaningful ceremony where parents commit to raising their child in the ways of the Lord, and the church pledges to support the family in this journey.

What Is Baby & Child Dedication Ceremony?
Baby & Child DedicationCeremony is not a baptism; it is a public declaration by parents to raise their child with biblical values and in the knowledge of God’s love. It is also an opportunity for the church family to pray for the child and commit to walking alongside the family.

• A prayer of blessing for your child.

• A certificate of dedication and a small gift to commemorate the day.

Preparation Class:
To help you prepare, we offer a Baby & Child Dedication Preparation Class. This one-time session covers the biblical meaning of dedication, practical steps for spiritual parenting, and details for the dedication day.
